Janelle Kent Bio
Janelle Kent is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Central Speech and Hearing Clinic (CSHC) who specializes in supporting families and professionals in teaching children with hearing loss to hear, listen and speak. She graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and 3 years later completed the certification process to become a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist. Janelle has gained over 16 years of experience working with children who are deaf or hard of hearing using hearing aids or cochlear implants in the clinical setting, daycare setting, preschool setting as well as in the private and public school setting. In 2019, Janelle expanded her knowledge with cochlear implants to include supporting adults and pursued certification as an Auditory Skills Training Clinician.
